LIST, part of ION Group, provides technological solutions and services to Financial Institutions and Exchanges throughout the world to manage the increasing operational complexity of electronic trading, compliance and risk management.

We are looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join our Product Management Team in Milan.
You’ll play a key role supporting technical product development, pre-sales activities and customer engagement. 

Your responsibilities

    • Assist product managers in researching and analyzing market trends, competitor landscapes and customer needs;
    • Gather and organize product information and specifications;
    • Develop and maintain product documentation (e.g. presentations, user guides);
    • Collaborate to making and delivering pre-sales presentations, demos and proposals;
    • Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries;
    • Promote products and build relationships with potential customers at trade shows and events;
    • Interaction with the internal development team to transfer technical requirements; 

Your skills, experience, and qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science,…);
    • Excellent relational and analytical skills:
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
    • Ability to work in a team and detail-oriented approach
    • Fluency in Italian and English
    • EU Work Permit
    • 1 / 2 years’ experience in Product Management area within an IT company is a plus;
