Your role with us:
As a VIP customer service representative, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high-value players on Stake. Your role transcends the typical customer service position as you will be the ambassador of our casino. Your goal is not just to resolve issues, but to provide tailored solutions that go above and beyond their expectations, making each interaction a memorable experience. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will form the foundation of these connections. Building trust and rapport with our VIP players will be your daily mission, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated on a personal level.
So how do we do this?
As an online casino, all of our communication with our players is done through chat. For this reason, you'll need to have excellent written communication skills and the ability to express empathy and understanding through chat.

Your portfolio will include managing up to 350 players. Your role transcends the typical customer service position as you will be the ambassador of our casino. Your goal is not just to resolve issues, but to provide tailored solutions that go above and beyond their expectations, making each interaction a memorable experience. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will form the foundation of these connections. Building trust and rapport with our VIP players will be your daily mission, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated on a personal level.

Mon - Friday - 9am - 2pm (Office)
Mon - Friday - 9pm - 11pm (Home)
Saturday: 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm (Home) OR Sunday: 9am - 2pm + 9pm - 11pm
