The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, strong design and storytelling skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Lead to join our team. This role will split time between leading product marketing initiatives and focusing on design and visualization (40%). As a Product Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in creating compelling positioning and messaging, developing impactful sales collateral, and leveraging design skills to enhance our brand and product communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing:

  • Develop and execute positioning and messaging strategies for target personas, showcasing a deep understanding of their business challenges and our value proposition.
  • Create powerful sales content, including presentations, playbooks, and customer evidence, to drive field conversations and sales conversions.
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis to differentiate our solutions in the market through external and internal documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and client services teams to deliver training and readiness programs that educate and inspire.
  • Oversee product launches and go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Utilize market intelligence, product performance data, and customer insights to inform long-term product strategies and agile roadmaps.
  • Drive user research to validate messaging and refine products through alpha and beta testing.
  • Prepare business case analyses for product investments and serve as a senior advisor to business and executive leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, including field marketing, design, and digital marketing, to build comprehensive plans for content, demand generation, PR, brand design, and product education.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in product marketing, sales enablement, competitive analysis, or a related field.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA is a plus.
  • Strong design and storytelling skills with a proven ability to create visually engaging content.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones and in a team or matrix environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and fluid environment with the capacity to handle both strategic and tactical tasks effectively.
