We’re hiring a Lead Salesforce Cloud Marketing Developer for a fully remote opportunity with a top digital and product design agency. This role offers the chance to lead cutting-edge marketing initiatives and work with a passionate, forward-thinking team—while working from anywhere in the U.S. (PST hours required).
About the Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing and executing advanced marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll build and optimize cloud pages, lead forms, and journeys, while using data insights to drive meaningful engagement and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio
Build and manage email marketing campaigns with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
Develop templates and content blocks for marketing emails using WYSIWYG editors
Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows in Automation Studio
Create multi-step journeys using Journey Builder, leveraging cloud pages and data extensions
Build cloud pages and lead forms to support paid media efforts and drive patient acquisition
Ensure accurate data integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and backend systems via API and batch uploads
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve misconfigurations
Write and maintain clean, effective HTML for email and cloud page development
Monitor and report on campaign metrics, applying data insights to improve performance
Provide strategic and technical leadership in the development and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Strong skills in HTML for email development
Deep understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and lead capture strategies
Proven ability to manage and optimize data integrations within SFMC
Experience developing and executing personalized, data-driven campaigns
Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights
