Supervisory Responsibilities:
● Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department

Duties/Responsibilities:
● Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
local, state, and federal regulations.
● Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations, and recommend necessary
updates to policies and practices.
● Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure policies are legally sound and aligned with
organizational goals.
● Design and implement SOPs for various HR functions to streamline operations and
enhance efficiency.
● Ensure SOPs are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current practices and
regulatory requirements.
● Train HR staff and other stakeholders on new SOPs to promote adherence and
understanding.
● Lead and manage HR projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time,
within scope, and on budget.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, risks, and
success metrics.
● Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on milestones and
outcomes.
● Oversee the maintenance and optimization of HR technology systems to ensure they
meet organizational needs.
● Collaborate with IT and external vendors to facilitate system integrations and upgrades.
● Conduct regular audits of HR technology systems to ensure data integrity and
compliance with privacy regulations.
● Support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
● Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures,
and programs.
● Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs that align with the organization's
strategic goals.
● Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.
● Prepare and present reports on HR operations, compliance, and project outcomes to
senior management.
● Mentor and support HR team members in their professional development.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the HR
department.
● Recommend business system and process changes to improve and refine the
capabilities of human resources systems.
● Responsible for communicating HR system evaluation or implementation updates
throughout the project lifecycle.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
● Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations and generalist functions, with a
focus on policy writing, compliance, and project management.
● Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
● Proven experience in creating and implementing SOPs and managing HR technology
systems.
● Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex
information clearly.
● Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology tools.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
● Previous experience in the U.S. HR environment will be given priority
