The OD Manager will be responsible for shaping the learning and development agenda and implementing organization development initiatives globally. This includes assessing capability needs and delivering impactful learning solutions to foster individual and organizational growth. Key responsibilities involve designing and driving OD interventions aligned with culture and business priorities, supporting change management and team effectiveness, facilitating workshops, leading competency framework design, and collaborating with senior leaders and HR business partners to foster a learning culture. The role also requires creating and presenting L&OD dashboards and aligning interventions with business goals and company values.
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or OD
10-15 years of experience in L&D or OD
Strong experience with global program design
Familiarity with modern learning tools
Strategic thinking and business alignment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Good to have:
Master's degree (MBA HR / MA in OD)
Exposure to assessment tools, psychometrics
Project management and vendor management
Analytical mindset with learning impact metrics understanding

This role involves working closely with HR business partners, business leaders, and external partners to assess capability needs and deliver impactful learning solutions that enable individual and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organization Development (OD)
Design and drive OD interventions aligned to culture, values, and business priorities
Support change management initiatives, team effectiveness, and org-wide engagement
Facilitate leadership and team workshops, offsites, and interventions
Lead competency framework design, rollout, and integration with other HR systems
Support diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and employee experience programs
2. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with senior leaders and HRBPs globally to drive learning culture
Create and present L&OD dashboards, insights, and ROI reports to leadership
Align all interventions with business goals, talent strategy, and Ceragon values
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organization Development or related field
Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MBA HR / MA in OD
10–15 years of experience in L&D or OD in mid to large-sized multinational organizations
Strong experience with global program design and execution
Exposure to assessment tools, psychometrics (e.g., Hogan, DISC, MBTI, etc.)
Familiarity with modern learning tools (LMS, MOOCs, digital learning platforms)
