We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager or Senior Manager to drive our social impact initiatives, including international digital projects among other key areas. The ideal candidate will have a blend of experience in both corporate and non-profit settings, with a deep understanding of the unique and nuanced social impact opportunities and challenges relevant to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and execute strategic social impact initiatives that align with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Identify, design, launch, and manage key projects for social impact, including international digital projects among other areas.
  • Manage budgets effectively, including allocation, forecasting, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement frameworks to measure the impact of social initiatives using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, case studies, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights, outcomes, and recommendations.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to explore and deepen partnerships that advance our social impact initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including public affairs, communications, and business teams, to ensure alignment and support for social impact initiatives.
  • Foster both internal and external engagement opportunities to raise awareness of our social impact initiatives and commitment.

Advisory and Thought Leadership:

  • Provide strategic advice to executives on social impact strategies and initiatives relevant to our business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance our social impact efforts.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is desirable, in order to cooperate with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Sciences, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in a corporate social impact or non-profit setting in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Deep understanding of the current social impact landscape, impact measurement frameworks, and emerging trends shaping the industry.
  • Strong skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating social impact programs on both global and local scales.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and present information effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking ability to navigate complex social impact challenges and opportunities.
