Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer at Cronbay Technologies in Bengaluru. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion designs, producing videos, developing motion graphics, and designing graphics to support various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials for the Company and its Clients.

• Editing and assembling raw video footage to create engaging and compelling video content.

• Develop and implement creative concepts for video content and social media reels.

• Optimizing video content for different platforms and audience preferences.

• Edit video footage to create engaging and informative videos that communicate the brand's message effectively.

• Stay up to date with current design and video trends and incorporate them into design work.

• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Proven experience in visual designing, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing and motion graphics.
• Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Graphic Design skills
• Video Production and Graphics skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Ability to conceptualize and create visually appealing animations
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in marketing or advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field
