Onboarding Manager

Our growing go-to-market training team at Enverus is seeking a dynamic individual to lead new hire onboarding while also providing foundational sales training. This role will ensure that new sales team members ramp quickly and effectively into their roles by delivering structured onboarding, sales process certification, and new hire coaching. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, a deep understanding of sales processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences that drive measurable impact. 
 
Performance Objectives   
  • Improve upon and execute our structured onboarding program to accelerate new hire readiness. 
  • Align with sales management, marketing, rev ops, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in training. 
  • Improve key onboarding metrics and reduce new hires’ time to ramp. 
  • Ensure that new hires complete their required onboarding work and certification assessments. 
  • Certify new hires in the fundamentals of the Enverus sales process, including, but not limited to, prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing. 
  • Reinforce and maintain adherence to the Enverus Sales Playbook. 
  • Conduct role-playing exercises and call coaching to improve new hire effectiveness and confidence. 
  • Provide targeted coaching and feedback to new and existing sales reps based on recorded calls, sales metrics, and observed behaviors. 
  • Facilitate individual and team talent assessments. 
  • Manage and optimize sales training materials, ensuring accessibility and alignment with current needs. 
  • Support the adoption and proper utilization of sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Highspot) to drive efficiency and data accuracy. 
 
Competitive Candidate Profile  
 
  • 3+ years in a SaaS sales, enablement, or training role. 
  • Proven success in a sales organization, with experience coaching or training sales professionals. 
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, buyer’s journey, and adult learning principles. 
  • Experience with call coaching, behavioral scoring, and skill assessment. 
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as CRMs, call recording, content management, etc. 
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience developing instructional content through various formats (e.g., video, written guides, interactive learning tools) is a plus.
