Safeguard the bank accounts of the company, reviewing the operational processes corresponding to the daily payments of the group companies, making sure to comply with the established policies and controls, participating in projects to improve the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review of monthly closing activities and sending reports requested by accounting
Create synergies with suppliers and internal clients to consolidate the processes related to the execution of payments of all the companies in the group.
Ensure that the banking information of each beneficiary is correct and meets the requirements for payment execution
Validate the upload into the file links of account statements and bank information for consultation
Keep users of banking platforms updated and ensure that the team has access corresponding to their activities.
Attend and respond to internal and external auditor’s request
Review monthly operation reports for delivery to tax authorities and internal clients
Detect and get involved in process automation project opportunities
Verify on a daily basis the amount to be invested respecting regional policies
Share with banks the information required to ensure the maintenance of bank accounts (legal powers, KYC, tax information)
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or related
Previous Work Experience:
3 years in treasury
2 years in team management Desirable
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of cash flows and treasury operations, knowledge of Financial Mathematics and Electronic Banking Management - Must have
Computer Skills: SAP, Intermediate Excel, power point and Tableau (nice to have)
Language: Intermediate English B2 a C1
