Job Description

  • Efficiently execute HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance and effectiveness in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure policies and procedures are consistently and accurately applied across teams.
  • Conduct new hires onboarding, coordinating and leading onboarding sessions, orienting new hires to company culture, policies, and processes, ensuring a smooth transition into the Nagarro culture.
  • Support with the offboarding process, managing offboarding tasks, including exit interviews, system deactivation, benefits termination, and integrating the proper files.
  • Compliance and documentation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensuring HR documentation is accurate, confidential, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide HR guidance, serving as a trusted advisor to team members and managers on day-to-day HR-related topics, such as employee relations, conflict resolution, performance feedback, and compliance with employment law.
  • Design and implement integration and engagement activities, creating and coordinating activities that promote team integration, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture. These may include employee integration activities, employee satisfaction survey to evaluate satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, that promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
  • Support the benefits administration, overseeing the enrollment process for new hires, managing changes on employee dependents, and responding promptly to employee questions regarding benefits coverage, medical and life insurance, to ensure a well understanding.
  • Policies and process updates, maintaining, reviewing, and periodically updating HR policies and processes.
  • Ensure the onboarding process is up-to-date and aligned with company culture to facilitate a smooth entry for new hires.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes and propose initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Actively participate in various regional HR initiatives and contribute to team goals.
  • Manage HR reports and databases, keeping HR reports, databases, and the HR SharePoint site up to date, ensuring appropriate access for employees, managers, and HR staff.
  • Manage permissions carefully to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Must have Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Advanced English. 
  • Good To Have Skills: Power BI (Capable).
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Analyst, or similar.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is a must. 
  • Experience with Collaboration Tools such as Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive. 
  • Additional Knowledge in Data Analysis (Considered a Plus), with data analysis tools, like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar, to extract and visualize key information.
  • Effective communication, Adaptability, Ability to learn about the IT industry, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, negotiation skills, time management and organization, multi-tasking, results-oriented, work organization. 
  • Advanced level of English, both written and verbal is required. 

Additional Information

  • Full-time, on-site position, with availability to work in the office from Monday to Friday.
  • Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
  • Availability to travel within or outside of Mexico is a must, holding a valid passport and visa.
