Job Description
- Lead the development of strategies, implementation plans and programs in Human Talent management, in relation to training and development processes, Occupational Health and Safety and management of compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations.
Qualifications
- Education – Higher education - completed.
- Computer skills of an experienced user level (MS Office, electronic mail, etc.)
- Human Talent Management training courses or program
- Language skills – Spanish, English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Knowledge: Human Talent Management, Training & Development.
