Lead the development of strategies, implementation plans, and programs in Human Talent management, focusing on training and development processes, Occupational Health and Safety, and ensuring compliance with Internal Labor Regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of Human Talent Management principles and practices, including training and development. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential. The position is based in Magdalena, Lima, Peru and is an on-site role.
