Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, managing the internal ticketing system, ensuring Workday processes are completed, collaborating with the HR Technology team on process improvements and standardization, data auditing, administrative support (letters, references), maintaining employee files, ensuring GDPR compliance, providing immigration support, and assisting with system enhancements. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in HR systems (Workday experience preferred), and attention to detail.
