Job Description
Google's recruiting team seeks entrepreneurial candidates for various roles. Responsibilities include guiding candidates through the hiring process, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and using analytics to improve efficiency. The Recruiter will support applicant assessment, evaluate skills, manage interviews, partner with business leaders, manage headcount, develop recruiting initiatives, and influence hiring strategies. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in full-cycle recruiting, applicant shortlisting, and compensation negotiation. Proficiency in English and a Southeast Asian language is essential.
Must have:

- 1 year agency or in-house experience

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- 1 year of experience short-listing applicants and negotiating compensation packages.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and another local Southeast Asian language (i.e. Vietnamese, Indonesian Bahasa, etc.) to interact with regional partners across Southeast Asia.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build relationships.

- Support applicant's assessment for potential roles and identify team alignment based on understanding of the organization/function and role profiles.
- Evaluate applicant's skills and client needs, screening them for interviews and managing the interview process with some guidance.
- Partner with key business leaders, recruiting, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to defined objectives.
- Manage headcount for cross-project client groups to support tracking and influence headcount allocation, ensure mapping of job postings to open headcount, identify trends/insights to influence hiring strategy and priorities, assist clients with prioritization of requisitions, reconciliation of headcount, and optimum distribution with some guidance.
- Develop and execute cross-project recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
