Providing HRBP support to the gaming division that spans across investments, partnerships, tech and operations businesses
Responsible for the annual HRBP routine tasks and offering HR solutions to business groups in line with business strategies and needs.
Working closely with business leaders on organisational and people matters that have short-, medium- or long-term effects on the business
Support the delivery of the people strategy at departmental and regional level, including employee engagement, talent management and succession planning
Provide HR and project management support to investment studios.
Partner closely with the local HR Operations team to deliver a top-notch employee experience throughout employee career milestones with the organization.
Fully experienced in employment relations with confidence to ensure all HR matters are handled promptly, fairly, and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
Getting involved in other HR projects within the IEGG function as when required.
Extensive experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Managers or HR COE, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen
Excellent knowledge of HR practices and policies as well as Employment legislation (UK, France, Netherlands, Germany)
Strong organisational skills and exhibit excellent attention to detail
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Someone who is positive, possess a can-do attitude and can navigate in highly matrixed and ambiguous environments
Strong people skillsets and able to build relationships across all levels of staff, be culturally sensitive and adaptable to different people styles
Strong learning agility, with good ability to bounce back and quickly learn from past experiences, improve, and adapt.
