Job Description

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and operating media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital media) to maximize ROI. This role involves creating, optimizing, and bidding on ads, researching keywords and target audiences, tracking campaign performance, and analyzing data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work well under pressure, and keep up-to-date with digital media trends.

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to deliver day to day ad serving expertise to direct and Operating Company clients

Key responsibilities:
• Execute and operate media (Google Ads / Facebook Ads and other digital media) in order to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
• Creating, Optimizing and bidding for ads copy, keywords, banner and target audience for all media
• Research for search engine keyword, target audience, consumer demand for propose media campaign.
• Track statistic of media data and analyze the information.
• Give suggestion to client about campaign performance and next step action for better media performance.
• Collect data, analyze trend and insight using Google Analytics or other analytic platform to customize media report.
• Coordinate with planner and digital media team as well as taking care of company’s client

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or related filed.
  • Well-known using computer program (word, power point, excel).
  • Be able to work as a team and has good interpersonal skill.
  • Enable to work well under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Follow trend and innovation of digital media.
  • Problem solving skills
