Position at LeoVegas Group

We are looking for a Personalisation Specialist to join our CRO team within the product division. Our team collaborates with development teams to create engaging iGaming experiences by monitoring and analysing website and app performance.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of eight, including four analysts focused on enhancing user experiences. The team shares knowledge daily, supporting each other on product insights, web psychology, data validation, and process improvements. Collaboration and mutual support are key to our culture.

Our goal is to make our websites more user-friendly and effective at converting visitors into customers. As part of the CRO team, you’ll help drive data-informed decisions and foster a culture of experimentation.

You’ll collaborate closely with the data science and retention teams, as well as product managers, developers, and UX designers, to improve the user journey and internal processes. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Responsibility for the end-to-end personalisation strategy. Responsible for implementation, adoption and roadmap for web & app personalisation
Execution, analysis and documentation of personalisation A/B tests
Subject Matter Expert for key digital analytics tools
Personalisation evangelist within the company
Securing technical set up needed to provide personalised experiences on app and web

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

MUST HAVEs:

3-5 years of professional related experience with experimentation
Experience in managing projects and processes
Proficiency in Google Analytics and A/B testing tool (i.e. Optimizely, Kameleoon, LaunchDarkly)
Advanced SQL skills

NICE TO HAVEs:

Good knowledge of Dynamic Yield, Nosto, Emarsys or similar personalisation engine is a plus
Experience in working with CDP(i.e. Optimove and Fasttrack) and audiences is meriting
Basic familiarity with some web development languages and debugging tools (ex. JavaScript, HTML/CSS)
