Job Description

As a Planner (Scenario/Worldview Setting), you will be responsible for proposing game worldviews and character concepts, managing the team and its members, managing the quality of designs and settings, progress management, and handling inquiries. You will also be in charge of coordinating with external creators to determine design directions and manage the progress until completion. The ideal candidate should be able to take a central role in the project, make proposals, and execute them to improve the quality of the project. They should also be able to communicate actively with others and smoothly advance the work.

Must have:

Experience in managing teams and members.
Experience in building worldviews and settings.
Experience in quality control, progress management and handling inquiries.
Experience in ordering art and design for projects.
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 equivalent).

・ゲーム内容に沿った世界観の提案、キャラクターコンセプトの提案
・チーム運営及びメンバーのマネジメント業務
・デザイン・設定の品質管理、進行管理、窓口対応
・外部クリエイターと折衝を行い、デザインの方向性の決定、完成までの進行

必須経験・スキル

・チーム運営及びメンバーのマネジメント業務経験
・世界観・設定の構築経験
・デザインの品質管理、進行管理、窓口対応経験
・プロジェクトのアート、デザイン発注経験
・業務上のコミュニケーションを円滑に行えるレベルの日本語能力（JLPT N1相当）
※提案・設定頂いた内容にもとづきコンセプトアーティストがデザインをするため、
　デザイナーとしてのスキルは不問です
