Playtech Managed Services is looking for a Player Engagement Specialist with a betting & gaming background to join our Player Engagement Team. As an Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of Player Engagement campaigns and activities.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Be the point of contact for campaign briefs.
• Plan resource and execution timelines.
• Collaborate with technical, QA and customer service teams.
• Setup and configuration of engagement initiatives.
• Plan and Execution of Promotional Calendar in alignment with various stakeholders and budget spend.
• Monitor performance and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support internal teams when it comes to backend system knowledge share and industry insights.
• Setting goals, defining KPI’s and executing Player Engagement strategy with relevant personnel.

Components for success. You...

• Have experience in a CRM role within the gambling industry
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Have detailed knowledge of CRM procedures and initiatives
• Excel in presentation skills and can present to all levels of an organization
• Execute CRM lifecycles and activities effectively
• Possess project management skills
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Have a good understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
