The Crown Is Yours

As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in our Delivery Management team, ensuring projects progress efficiently through the software development lifecycle with transparency and organization. You’ll be deeply involved in roadmap execution, overseeing new and existing feature development while managing day-to-day engineering operations in a specific focus area. Acting as the key liaison between software engineers and cross-functional stakeholders—including Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance—you will facilitate the successful planning and execution of features, enhancements, and quality improvements.

What you’ll do as a Scrum Master

• Lead and mentor agile teams, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and adherence to agile principles.

• Maintain roadmap tracking, providing transparency into Product and Sprint backlogs and aligning expectations between teams.

• Facilitate backlog prioritization and sequencing, helping teams make realistic commitments and deliver maximum value.

• Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies across teams to enable smooth execution.

• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment and proactive issue resolution.

• Lead agile ceremonies and team meetings, driving engagement and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Release Managers to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a steady release cadence.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, successfully applying Scrum principles in software development.

• Strong understanding of software applications, infrastructure, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balance priorities, and drive cross-team alignment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring team collaboration and clarity.

• Experience with process improvement, data analysis, or customer advocacy is a plus.

• Familiarity with or interest in the sports betting and iGaming industry is a strong plus.
