EveryMatrix is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in London. This role involves designing high-fidelity prototypes for new features, maintaining design systems, and collaborating with developers and product teams. The designer will participate in brainstorming sessions and user research to refine designs, advocate for user-centered design principles, and focus on customer value and business constraints. The role requires designing holistic user experiences, conducting user testing, and ensuring designs meet user and product requirements. EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider in the iGaming industry.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of frontend frameworks.
  • A portfolio showcasing impactful product designs.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
  • Broad understanding of UX beyond just UI design.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques.
  • Experience with regular user testing and feedback integration.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design processes.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and how they inform design choices.
  • Versatility in visual and interaction design.

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in London!

Salary Range: from £45,000 to £55,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes for new features that meet user and product requirements. 
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to align design solutions with technical and business goals. 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and user research activities to inform and refine your work. 
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion best practices in usability and accessibility. 
  • Focus on customer value and business constraints in your designs. 
  • Design holistic user experiences across multiple touchpoints. 
  • Conduct regular user testing to refine and validate design ideas.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles. 
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., React/Vue) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers. 
  • A portfolio showcasing impactful product designs and prototypes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
  • Broad understanding of UX beyond just UI design. 
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques. 
  • Experience with regular user testing and feedback integration.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design processes. Knowledge of accessibility standards and how they inform design choices. Versatility in visual and interaction design.

Here's what we offer:
