Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to plan, coordinate, and structure the work of several teams (technical or art teams) on a new HOPA genre project. You will be responsible for the development process of the teams according to the planned deadlines, in the required volume, and of appropriate quality. The main tasks include organizing the work of departments in close cooperation with Team Leads and the Producer, planning, distribution, control, and evaluation of the execution of tasks assigned to teams, time management, and risk management. Also includes conducting regular meetings, 1-on-1s, and retrospectives, monitoring the effectiveness of the production process and implementing improvements, coordinating the writing and maintaining the relevance of technical documentation, working with guides, structures, and workflows of departments, and compiling reports. The job involves working with CRM, task-tracking systems, and Slack.
Must have:
- Experience as a PM in the gaming industry for 2 years.
- Understanding and knowledge of the game development process.
- Ability to work in a multitasking mode.
- Ability to clearly and clearly express your thoughts both in writing and orally, and to convey information correctly to the teams.
- Experience describing processes, team structures, and roles in the team.
- Experience working with the task tracker JIRA, Confluence, SVN, PeopleForce.

Job Details
Ми шукаємо PM, який плануватиме, координуватиме і структуруватиме роботу декількох команд (технічних або арт команд) на новий проєкт у жанрі HOPA.
Ви відповідатиме за процес розробки команд відповідно до запланованих термінів, у необхідному обсязі та відповідної якості.
Основні задачі:
- організація роботи відділів у тісному зв’язку з Тімлідами та Продюсером.
- планування, розподіл, контроль і оцінка виконання задач назначених командам, тайм-менеджмент, менеджмент ризиків.
- проведення регулярних мітингів, 1 to 1, retro.
- моніторинг ефективності процесу виробництва та впровадження покращень.
- координація написання та підтримки актуальності технічної документації.
- робота з гайдами, структурами та workflow-відділів, складання звітів.
- робота з CRM, таск-трекінговими системами, Slack.
Необхідні досвід та навички:
- досвід на посаді PM в ігровій сфері від 2 років.
- розуміння та знання процесу розробки ігор.
- уміння працювати у режимі мультизадачності.
- уміння чітко та ясно висловлювати свою думку як письмово так і усно, правильно доносити інформацію командам.
- досвід опису процесів, структур команд та ролей у команді.
- досвід роботи з таск-трекером JIRA, Confluence, SVN, PeopleForce.
