The Proposals Manager- Healthcare BPO will drive the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and RFI/RFP/RFQ analysis to solution design, pricing strategy, and proposal submission. This role involves leading the development of client-focused pitch decks, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and Legal to create scalable healthcare BPO solutions. The manager will translate complex solutions into compelling visual narratives, participate in client meetings, and continuously improve proposal content while performing competitive analysis.
