Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales operations in the North, Northeast, and Midwest regions, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional goals. Responsibilities include managing and motivating the sales team, maintaining relationships with distributors and key accounts, analyzing sales and market data, conducting client visits, and preparing performance reports. The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should also possess a deep understanding of the main players in the food channel within the region.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience as Regional Sales Manager
  • Knowledge of key players in the region's food channel
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on approach
  • Availability for constant travel (over 70% of the time)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Good to have:
  • Degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently

Gerente Regional de Vendas

Localização: Recife ou Fortaleza

Regiões de Atuação: Norte, Nordeste e Centro-Oeste

Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos em busca de um Gerente Regional de Vendas experiente para liderar nossas operações nas regiões Norte, Nordeste e Centro-Oeste. O candidato ideal deve possuir um sólido histórico de sucesso em vendas e gestão de equipes, além de um profundo conhecimento dos principais players do canal alimentar na região.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas para atingir e superar metas regionais.
  • Gerenciar e motivar a equipe de vendas, garantindo alto desempenho e engajamento.
  • Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com distribuidores, contas nacionais, contas regionais e C&C.
  • Analisar dados de vendas e mercado para identificar oportunidades de crescimento e melhorias.
  • Realizar visitas frequentes a clientes e pontos de venda, garantindo a presença ativa no campo.
  • Preparar e apresentar relatórios de desempenho e estratégias para a alta gestão.
     

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos na posição de Gerente Regional de Vendas.
  • Conhecimento comprovado dos principais players da região no canal alimentar.
  • Experiência em distribuidores, contas nacionais, contas regionais e C&C (diferencial).
  • Forte capacidade analítica e abordagem hands-on.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens constantes (mais de 70% do tempo).
  • Habilidade para lidar bem com a pressão e cumprir prazos.
  • Excelentes habilidades em Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Capacidade de pensar estrategicamente e executar táticas no campo.

Qualificações Desejáveis:

  • Graduação em Administração, Marketing, ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação.
  • Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente.
