The Pricing Manager will develop, implement, and optimize pricing and packaging strategies to maximize profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction for Stibo Systems' product portfolio. This role involves deep analytical expertise, strategic insight, and operational execution. Responsibilities include designing and implementing global pricing strategies, conducting market and competitive analysis, building pricing models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading pricing analytics, and managing key pricing operations. The role reports to the CFO and requires a clear communicator and natural collaborator.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Pricing and Monetization.
  • Strong hands-on analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Excellent Data and Financial Modeling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of PowerBI.
  • BS/BA degree in related field.
Good to have:
  • Management Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Master's degree is preferred.

The job

The Pricing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing and packaging strategies and the monetization of Stibo Systems’ product portfolio to maximize profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a unique combination of deep analytical expertise, strategic insight, and operational execution to optimize pricing models, drive revenue growth, and enhance profitability. You will leverage market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to drive pricing decisions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Design and implement global pricing and packaging strategies that reflect market conditions, enhance profitability, and support business growth.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Build and maintain scalable pricing models, tools, and calculators to support product launches, lifecycle management, and price increases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing—to align and execute pricing strategies across regions.
  • Lead pricing analytics and monetization performance tracking, develop the framework and KPIs to monitor pricing effectiveness, such as ASP trends, feature-level revenue contribution, discount behavior, and packaging adoption
  • Manage key pricing operations, including maintaining pricing master data, end-of-life processes, and coordination with Sales Ops on pricing systems.
  • Drive ongoing innovation and improvements in pricing workflows and governance to increase efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
     

The team:
The role will be reporting directly to the CFO and be part of the CFO management team. The role has a global reach and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product Marketing to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and market conditions.
 

Qualifications:
We’re looking for a clear communicator and natural collaborator who thrives on building trust and alignment across teams. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Furthermore, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Pricing and Monetization. Preferably within the Software or Technology sector. Management Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent Data and Financial Modeling skills- what-if scenarios, simulations, impact analysis and tying this to business/customer problems
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis, strong knowledge of PowerBI for data visualization, and expertise in PowerPoint for creating presentations. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • BS/BA degree in Economics, Finance, Sales Operations, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
