Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager for two IDC franchise outlets in Central Bengaluru.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff,ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimising profits.
· Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in F&B.
· Must be competent in Excel and Microsoft word.
· Must complete daily indents for food orders to the central kitchen.
· Must update daily trackers on excel.
· Must have a background in accounting.
· Must pay attention to customer requirements and feedback at both outlets and over online orders.
· Must be punctual and report to duty on time.
· Must have control over the staffing and daily management of the outlets.
· Must be particular about food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen and restaurant.
· Must be resourceful to fill in job vacancies with urgency.
· Must have a driving licence
· Must be fluent in English, Kannada and English
