Job Description

Sinch seeks a results-oriented Sales Development Representative in Noida, India. Responsibilities include generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), scheduling appointments, pipeline management, ensuring high conversion rates, and collaborating with sales management. Additional duties involve CRM data maintenance, performance reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in IT product business development/inside sales, a proven record of achieving sales targets, and strong communication and relationship management skills, particularly with senior executives. The role involves managing inbound calls, website chats and other contact channels.
