The Salesforce CPQ/RLM Administrator will work as part of the Enterprise Applications team to implement and support the Salesforce CPQ implementation for Logitech B2B business group. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, designing solutions, planning and executing CPQ solutions and any further enhancements to the system. You will also provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the system. You will be configuring and maintaining Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product configuration, and quote templates. You will be collaborating with sales, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the CPQ system. You will be training and supporting users on CPQ functionalities and best practices, monitoring system performance and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency. You will be ensuring data integrity and security within the CPQ environment, staying updated on Salesforce CPQ features and enhancements, applying them to improve business processes, and maintaining and troubleshooting existing CPQ configurations.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience working in the IT industry
  • 3+ years of Sales cloud experience, particularly Salesforce CPQ
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Deep understanding of CPQ architecture, data models, and configuration options
  • Knowledge of CPQ best practices and industry standards
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming and Administration
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, product teams, and business stakeholders
  • Clearly document technical solutions and design decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service mentality
Good to have:
  • Salesforce.com Admin certifications, Salesforce Sales Cloud certification
  • Knowledge of Salesforce RLM Cloud
  • Knowledge on integrated technologies Jira, Marketing Automation, Cloud Solutions

Description

The Salesforce CPQ/RLM Administrator will work as part of the Enterprise Applications team to implement and support the Salesforce CPQ implementation for Logitech B2B business group.  This position will be located in Chennai, India.

  • Be a part of Sales cloud team and work with the IT and Business Groups to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions, plan and execute CPQ solutions and any further enhancements to the system

  • Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required

  • Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the system

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product configuration, and quote templates.

  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the CPQ system.

  • Train and support users on CPQ functionalities and best practices.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure data integrity and security within the CPQ environment.

  • Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ features and enhancements, applying them to improve business processes.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing CPQ configurations

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • At least 5+ years experience working in the IT industry

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Sales cloud experience, particularly Salesforce CPQ, with hands-on experience in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ Implementation. 

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on CPQ functionality.

  • Deep understanding of CPQ architecture, data models, and configuration options.

  • Knowledge of CPQ best practices and industry standards.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming and Administration (Flows, custom objects, reports, assignment rules, and more)

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist

  • Knowledge of Salesforce RLM Cloud will be a plus.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Clearly document technical solutions and design decisions.

  • Knowledge on integrated technologies Jira, Marketing Automation, Cloud Solutions is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments

  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement

  • Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong customer service mentality

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Salesforce.com Admin certifications, Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher or equivalent
