Job Description

Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality solutions meeting business requirements and aligning with best practices. Foster a collaborative environment, promoting code reviews and continuous learning. Collaborate on designing data models, custom objects, and security protocols. Responsibilities include leading implementations in an agile model, working with Apex, Lightning framework (LWC + Aura), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web services (SOAP, REST, BULK, Streaming APIs), and integrations with 3rd party tools. Experience with process automation, security configuration, data modeling, reporting, and dashboard creation is essential. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have:

Strong OOP concepts
Apex, Lightning framework expertise
JavaScript, HTML, CSS proficiency
Web services & API integrations
Salesforce best practices adherence
Test class writing & trigger building
Process automation & security configuration
Agile methodology experience

Good to have:

App-exchange products (Conga)
Salesforce App Builder & Platform Developer certifications

Overview:
• Experience ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the business requirements, while aligning with best practices and technical standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers.
• Foster a collaborative development environment, promoting best practices, code reviews, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with other developers to design data models, custom objects, and security protocols.

Must have:
-Strong in object-oriented programming concepts
-In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning framework (LWC + Aura)
-Hands-on JavaScript, HTML, CSS
-Web services - SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs
-Integrations - hosting and calling salesforce or external Web --Services for inbound/outbound data sync.
-Business integration with 3rd party tools
-Salesforce Mobile App
-Adherence to salesforce best practices
-Expertise in writing test classes and building triggers, batch classes, future methods etc.
-Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, Reports and Dashboards creation
-Ability to work on implementations that execute in agile model
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Good to have:
App-exchange products – Conga or other reporting tools.
Salesforce App builder and Platform Developer certifications
