We are looking for a Senior AI Developer

You’ll make a difference by:

Core AI Capabilities:

• Expert in text understanding and generation
• Development of complex, agentic AI services
• Implementation of semantic search capabilities
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) variants development

Technical Skills:

• Python-based prompt flows implementation
• LLM-based processing logic
• JSON/YAML schema development
• Integration with multiple AI frameworks:
• AWS Bedrock
• Azure Document Intelligence
• Azure OpenAI
• LangChain/LlamaIndex  

Quality & Evaluation:

• Design and implement AI evaluation pipelines
• Implement quality metrics:
• G-Eval
• Faithfulness
• Answer correctness
• Answer relevance
• Synthetic ground truth data generation
• Performance optimization and monitoring

Use Case Development:

• Text extraction and analysis
• Document comparison capabilities
• List generation from documents
• Template filling implementations
• Chat function development
