What team you will be joining?
We are growing our team that focuses on AI, data analysis, data science and automation, to explore and harness the emerging AI technologies. The expanded team will have a central role in our global development community, promoting and supporting the use of state-of-the-art AI technologies to improve our services, streamline our processes, and ensure high quality in our products.
Role and Responsibilities
· Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and design AI solutions that meet these needs.
· Participate in the technical aspects of AI projects, including data collection, model training, and deployment.
· Developing, implementing, and maintaining AI systems and solutions.
· Maintaining and upgrading existing AI systems to ensure they are up to date with the latest AI research and advancements
· Investigating issues related to AI system performance or outputs and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
· Recommending new AI technologies, tools, or techniques that can enhance productivity and efficiency.
· Optimizing the performance of existing AI models and algorithms.
· Regularly attending meetings, within the team and with other teams, to drive and foster a community of AI experts, discussing AI projects and brainstorming ideas.
Your skills and experience
· Comprehensive understanding of Artificial Intelligence, particularly: Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing
· Deep understanding of generative AI techniques and their applications.
· Proficiency in Python programming. Knowledge of other languages, like Java or Scala, is a plus.
· Proficiency in Software Engineering practices for the full Software Development Life Cycle. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, is a plus.
· Experience working with various toolchains, such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc.
· Experience with cloud services like Databricks, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio, etc. is a plus.
· Comfortable working in a dynamic, research-oriented team with a focus on deadlines.
· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong Communication Skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
Your academic background
· Required: MSc in Computer Engineering / Science / STEM or Computational Linguistic/Digital Humanities disciplines.
· Nice to have: PhD in any quantitative or AI related discipline.
Contract Type
Full-time, permanent contract.
