Job Purpose:

Analysis of FG, Validation, cleaning validation leading to timely approval of respective products/batches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of Semi-finished/finished products, Analytical method validation of NPI products, Process validation, cleaning validation, batches for timely approval of products to meet the supply chain requirement also perform analysis of NPI products.

• To maintain real time documents including logbooks, sample management and testing data.

• To maintain lab equipments in good condition, during and after analysis, sound knowledge of lab equipments.

• To prepare review SOP’s and analytical worksheets

• To resolve instruments problem, ensure fast and accurate analysis

• To conduct L1 investigation

• To ensure timely sampling and testing of process validation, cleaning validation, NPI samples maintain their records and ensure proper cleaning and storage of sampling tools

• To ensure timely completion of QMS related actions.(Change Controls, Change actions, Deviation, CAPA,  OOS investigation and L1 audit)

• To review analytical data, perform sign -off 2, routine and process validation

• To maintain samples according to eLM and train associates on eLM

• Training of new analyst

• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good manufacturing practices) Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by Law and company Corporate Guidelines

• Comply and ensure Compliance to Environment, Health and Safety Policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and company Corporate Guidelines

• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements

Skills and Competencies:​

• M.Sc. (Chemistry) or Pharm - D

• 2-4 Years experience in Quality Control Lab of pharmaceutical company or related company
