Paytm is seeking a Senior Associate/Team Lead/Assistant Manager for its Deal & Gift Voucher business. The role involves managing voucher sales for an assigned area, acquiring B2B clients for gift voucher distribution, and managing existing accounts. Responsibilities include managing a personal Profit & Loss, participating in B2B team strategy, and growing the B2B Gift Card Business. The candidate must be flexible for field work and possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in Loyalty Marketing, rewards management, Promotions, B2B Corporate Sales, and consultative selling is required. Strong client relationship, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • 3-8 years of experience in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of Loyalty Marketing and B2B Corporate Sales
  • Client Relationship & inter-personal skills
  • Good Negotiation Skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Key job role and responsibilities
Responsible for Voucher Sales business for assigned area.
Client Acquisition for Gift Vouchers Distribution Business
Account management of B2B Gift voucher clients
Managing your own P&L
Active participation in the B2B team strategy and key projects
Growing the B2B Gift Card Business
Should be flexible for field job

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or relevant discipline
3-8 years of experience in similar industry
Good amount of knowledge about Loyalty Marketing, rewards management and Promotions, B2B Corporate Sales and concept & consultative selling
Client Relationship & inter-personal skills
Good Negotiation Skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stretch targets
Able to manage multiple-task, Workload and priorities
Excellent interpersonal communication
