Job Description

As a Senior Brand Designer at Fluxon, you will shape and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include leading visual direction, designing brand systems, creating guidelines, and collaborating with engineers. You will also design assets for campaigns, oversee brand rollouts, and balance hands-on execution with leadership. Moreover, you'll align brand initiatives with business goals, contribute to creative workflows, and lead visual identity development. This role requires a blend of storytelling and strategic direction in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design with a strong portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of design principles: typography, color, layout, and imagery.
  • Experience building brand identity across multiple channels.
  • Fluency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience with tech-focused or B2B brands.
  • 3D design skills.
  • Awareness of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React).
  • Experience collaborating with various teams.
  • Ability to balance brand design with user experience.
  • A growth mindset with openness to feedback.

The role is open to candidates based in Poland preferably in Krakow, Wroclaw or Gdansk.

About the role

As a Senior Brand Designer at Fluxon, you’ll help define and evolve our visual identity across every touchpoint. This role blends storytelling and systems thinking to craft a brand that resonates externally and inspires internally. It’s a high-impact opportunity on the Growth team to shape a bold, cohesive brand in the tech space. Looking for someone who bridges the gap between visual delight and strategic direction for Fluxon. 

While specific responsibilities may differ from project to project, you will:

  • Brand Identity & Systems
    • Lead the visual direction and brand identity ideals of the Fluxon brand, actively shaping its vision and language.
    • Design and refine brand systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, illustration styles, and motion
    • Create brand guidelines and scalable systems to ensure consistency across internal and external platforms
    • Collaborate with engineering partners focused on web experiences to provide brand-aligned visual direction, assets, and implementation guidance
  • Creative Execution & Campaigns
    • Design high-impact assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, landing pages, and event materials
    • Drive visual storytelling in collaboration with content strategists
    • Oversee brand rollouts across digital, print, social, and internal activations
    • Balance hands-on execution with creative leadership within a fast-paced environment
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Partner with marketing, content, product, and growth leads to aligning brand initiatives with business goals
    • Contribute to the evolution of internal creative workflows and design operations around the brand
    • Lead brand design efforts and maintaining a high standard of visual and creative quality across all touchpoints
  • Innovation & Strategic Thinking
    • Lead visual identity development across Fluxon's various client-facing and talent-facing channels, including our digital presence, consulting brand, and thought leadership materials
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and bringing fresh, forward-thinking approaches to branding
    • Translate abstract concepts into compelling, polished brand expressions that resonate across platforms

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a clear point of view and versatility across mediums
  • Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and imagery, with a refined sense of aesthetics and composition
  • Experience building and evolving a brand identity across multiple channels at a high-growth company 
  • Fluency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in motion design using tools like After Effects, Lottie, Rive
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • A passion for storytelling and the ability to translate strategic ideas into powerful visual narratives

Nice to have

While not required, it’s a plus if you also have:

  • Experience working with tech-focused or B2B brands
  • 3D design skills in tools like Blender or Spline
  • Awareness of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React) to effectively collaborate on web-related brand initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with content, sales, and product teams
  • Ability to balance brand design with user experience in digital environments
  • A growth mindset with openness to feedback and a proactive approach to learning and experimentation
