About the role
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our development and scaling of our machine learning SaaS platform. As the Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in technical direction, designing and implementing architectural decisions across our full-stack platform that combines .NET, Python ML implementations, and React frontend hosted on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Technical direction and mentorship to junior developers while establishing development standards and best practices
• Architecture Design: Drive architectural decisions for our ML workflow platform, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Full-stack Oversight: Contribute to development across C#/.NET backend, Python ML pipelines, and React frontend
• Cloud Infrastructure: Drive AWS cloud architecture decisions and implementation of DevOps practices
• Quality Assurance: Contribute to establish code review processes and technical documentation standards
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmap and priorities
• Security & Compliance: Ensure platform security and compliance with industry standards

Desirable skills and knowledge

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core/Framework
• Proven experience with Python, particularly in ML/AI contexts
• Extensive knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
• Strong background in API design and microservices architecture
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of ML workflow orchestration and deployment
• Relevant degrees or equivalent experience
• Excellence in communication and collaboration
