Responsibilities:

 

Client Engagement and Business Development:

· Cultivate and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key clients in ESG matters.

· Drive business development efforts, identifying opportunities, and leading client pursuits to achieve revenue targets. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy for ESG advisory services.

· Collaborate with other teams across the firm and third party vendors to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

2. Business delivery and P&L management:

· Leading the business delivery and ensuring high-quality advisory services to clients

· Risk and quality management of the projects

· P&L management of the workstream

4. Thought Leadership and Brand Building:

· Contribute to the firm's thought leadership in the ESG space through publications, speaking engagements, and participation in industry events.

· Build and enhance the firm's reputation as a leader in ESG advisory services.

5. Team Development and Mentorship:

· Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Provide guidance and support to team members in developing their technical skills, industry knowledge, and client relationship management.

Mandatory skill sets:

Driving the growth and success of the Environmental and Social sector

Provide Governance (ESG) Sustainability Advisory services to Textile, Apparel and Leather Products manufacturing sector

 

Preferred skill sets:

 
  • Minimum 12 years of overall experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in providing ESG related advisory services.

  • Consistently achieving / exceeding annual revenue targets of minimum Rs 2 Crores

  • Prior experience of leading and developing team of professionals

  • Connected with the stakeholders of the textile, apparel and leather products manufacturing sector

Years of experience required:

12+ years

Masters’ degree in relevant subject from reputed institute
