Job Description

N-iX seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of their client's online car marketplace. Responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, aligning priorities with stakeholders, establishing product management methods, setting success metrics, and communicating results. The ideal candidate will have digital product management experience, preferably in marketplaces or e-commerce, and expertise with Headless CMS (Contentful preferred). Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, A/B testing experience, and excellent communication are essential. The role demands self-management, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen. The tech stack includes JavaScript, React, Java, Spring Boot, Scala, AWS, and TypeScript.

N-iX is seeking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.

Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users, with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities:

Develop the product roadmap and define related milestones.
Align priorities with stakeholders from the product and engineering organizations.
Establish, support, and ensure compliance with company product management methods and tools.
Set success metrics for products and communicate both achievements and failures across the company.

Requirements:

Digital product management experience, preferably in Marketplaces or e-Commerce.
Experience with Headless Content Management Systems (ideally Contentful).
Proven record of building and delivering successful digital products through data-driven decisions, user research, and A/B Testing.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to back up ideas and assumptions, develop insights and recommendations, and define and measure success metrics.
Self-management, negotiation techniques, conflict management, and strategic thinking.
Strong business acumen and team development experience.
Extensive know-how of common product management tools and target group knowledge.
Product and cross-departmental entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
