Senior Product Manager, Merchant Wallet - Global Payment

Global Payments: In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. Responsibilities: - Drive and own high-level strategic initiatives based on the license we own in each region. - Analyze, align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility and value of feature requests with both business and regional product teams in Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries to deliver a comprehensive and accurate Business Requirement Document . - Responsible for the design and iteration of wallet system products, covering key capabilities such as account, payment and reconciliation in the field of industrial digitalization, integrating and coordinating resources to promote business, technology and other relevant departments to achieve goals and be responsible for results; - Responsible for the industry application support of wallet system products, covering welfare, rights and interests, marketing, logistics, supply chain, etc., combined with scene + payment, to provide customers with comprehensive solutions; - Responsible for the product operation of wallet system products, analyzing and mining various needs of customers, providing reasonable and effective systematic solutions, and leading the implementation; - Responsible for the channel operation of wallet system products, tracking the product dynamics of payment channels and products in the industry, and providing support for the business direction.

Minimum Qualifications: - Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and agile environment, with a willingness and attitude to learn new tasks - Strong stakeholder management skills with customer-oriented and execution-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications: - 5 years of product management experience in financial services companies, or leading tech companies in a related industry.Independently responsible for at least one TO B product - Hands-on experience with launching and managing new product features and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to communicate technical information effectively ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
