What You Will Do

Execute the Vision – Translate the product strategy into a roadmap, metrics, and desired functionality expressed as stories in the product backlog.

Translate Desires – Communicate the voice of the customer to the development team and manage customer expectations as you turn their pains and problems into actionable user stories in the backlog. Provide guidance of product functionality to development teams.

Prioritize Needs – Understand, define, and communicate the prioritization of product requirements expressed as stories in the product backlog with a mind toward business value, flow, and tradeoffs.

Act as a Servant Leader – Actively manage business risks, issues, & impediments expressed by the delivery team. Attend agile ceremonies to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap.

Enhance Quality – Build quality into acceptance criteria and accept all work increments produced by the development team. Track progress on release and completion. Integrate with the other business product lines and technology to align your product’s strategy with the overall needs directed by the business line and technology executives.

Level of Complexity – Manage risks of judgment with a serious impact on the success of your product. Supports innovative strategic thinking by identifying and presenting industry trends and opportunities.

What We Expect

  • A degree in Business/Finance, Computer Science or equivalent field

  • At least 4 years of global experience in a Trade Surveillance or Surveillance Product role

  • A collaborative spirit, able to translate customer requirements clearly into user stories

  • An understanding of the customers’ business and the ability to creatively solve for the “jobs to be done”

  • An analytical approach to solving business problems through iterative practices

  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence

  • Data analytics skills working in tools such as Excel, Filters, Pivot Tables etc.

  • Ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

  • A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to take some meetings outside of work hours

What Would Be Helpful
