Project description
In the rapidly evolving landscape of modern mobility and transport services, a significant challenge lies in seamlessly integrating the elements of automotive OEM infrastructure with diverse services of external partners. Luxoft will develop a Cloud platform to exchange, integrate and process data from and to the vehicle, the Mobileye SDS backend, and the MaaS System. The AWS-based solution will be designed by reviewing and improving the current concept in close cooperation with the client and further stakeholders to identify, manage and document the requirements. Our approach will be iterative, adaptive, and executed with a proactive Agile methodology. Luxoft will provide a development team with great experience in modern development practices, which are self-organized, cross-functional, and experienced to deliver in quality, time, and budget.
Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the test strategy, Test Plans
Check / Review the Test Cases document, Software Integration and Integration Testing Plans
Validate Software Requirements during the requirements analysis phase of projects, Keep track of the new requirements/Change Requests
Take part in SAD/SDD verification activities
Enforce adherence to the company's Quality processes and procedures.
Establish effective communication with the development team
Organizing/Chairing technical reviews with technical teams
Escalate the issues about gaps/inconsistency in project requirements (Software Hardware Resources) to Project Manager / Customer.
Track and prepare the report of testing activities
Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
Build a testing team (conduct interviews) with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation, incl. newcomers interviewing.
Continuous monitoring, mentoring and training of Testing team members.
Participating and mentoring in automation activities
Creating & Managing of testing user stories and workflows

Proven successful test management experience in software projects
In-depth knowledge of the software development process including testing methodology, project life cycle, testing strategies, and approaches.
Hands-on experience in frontend Testing (web-apps), incl. automated testing using Selenium, Cypress, or other frameworks.
Backend Testing: APIs testing, REST services testing (Postman, Swagger (OpenAI), Apache Jmeter, or other instruments)
Programming skills and experience in Java / Python
Experience with Junit (Java/Kotlin), Pytest (Python), or similar
Proven expertise in metrics gathering and effective usage
Knowledge of the domain, system or application-under-test (desirable):
Familiarity with backend architecture principles
Experience with AWS tools & instruments
