Job Description

Senior UI Designer needed to enhance a corporate portal web page. Responsibilities include UI design and enhancement using Figma, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies, improving Figma component coding, creative problem-solving, data analysis, and preparing presentations. The role demands proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and copywriting, along with strong interpersonal, self-organizational, and agile adaptation skills. About the Team

UI-UX Design Authority Team is actively supporting internal projects within the bank ensuring highest standards are applied to the book of work. As part of this team the first assignment project would be working on enhancements of corporate portal web page to the dynamically changing needs

Responsibilities

UI Design and Enhancement:

Develop and enhance the user interface of the corporate portal web page to align with evolving business needs.

Utilize Figma to create visually engaging and functional designs, including animations, ensuring the best user experience.

Collaborative Work in UI-UX Authority Team:

Work closely with the UI-UX Design Authority Team and internal stakeholders, applying the highest design standards to all assigned projects.

Support and collaborate effectively within a high-pressure environment, showing resilience and strong interpersonal skills to help the team succeed.

Cross-functional Agency Collaboration:

Coordinate with multiple external agencies, ensuring organized workflows and accurate tracking of progress across projects.

Review and enhance Figma component coding from previous agencies, improving the quality and functionality of design assets.

Creative Problem Solving:

Proactively identify design or functional areas that require improvement, recommending innovative solutions to elevate the user experience.

Apply copywriting skills to create clear, concise, and engaging content that complements design elements.

Data Analysis and Research:

Conduct data analysis using analytics tools to understand user behaviors and identify key insights for UI improvements.

Perform user research to drive design decisions that are data-informed and align with user needs.

Presentation and Communication:

Prepare presentations outlining design concepts, pros and cons of design choices, and key project updates for stakeholders.

Clearly communicate design rationale and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment across teams.

Agile Workflow Adaptation:

Remain adaptable to changes in project priorities, seamlessly integrating high-priority tasks into existing workflows to meet dynamic business requirements.

UI Design: Proficiency in Figma, including creating animations.

Figma Component Coding: Ability to correct and enhance component coding in Figma files from previous agencies.

Data Analysis: Experience with analytics tools and conducting research.

Presentation Skills: Preparing presentations and clearly outlining pros and cons.

Agile Adaptation: Ability to adjust to tasks that suddenly gain higher priority and integrate them into the workflow.
