Specialist, Talent Casting

Through innovative storytelling and a culture of collaboration, Hong Kong Disneyland's Entertainment team creates, produces, and delivers remarkable and engaging entertainment experiences. The Talent Casting Team is tasked with auditioning, identifying, and offering roles to a diverse range of performing talent for all of HKDL’s entertainment offerings. This encompasses casting for all shows, special events, seasonal activities, and various other projects. This team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the appropriate talent is matched with the right roles, as well as managing talent contracts and overseeing the onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor headcount and role allocation for year-long and seasonal contracts.

• Make job offers to performers and coordinate the onboarding process.

• Maintain a database with talent information and coordinate the contract renewal process.

• Support the casting process for special events.

• Assist with preparation work and manage the audition process.

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Casting Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

• 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle personal information discreetly and tactfully.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in English writing, with the ability to read and write Chinese.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
