Valeo GmbH centrally handles all commercial matters for the business units throughout Germany. To ensure our teams are optimally supported, **we are looking for support (m/f/d) in digitalization and automation with AI in the HR department at our Bietigheim-Bissingen location.**

**These challenges await you:**

• Support the HR team in the digitalization and automation of HR processes through the use of AI

• Participation in ongoing HR digitalization projects including testing, quality assurance, and evaluation of digital tools as well as current HR tech trends

• Optimization of existing HR workflows and operational processes by identifying and implementing digital efficiency improvements

• Collaboration in the introduction and maintenance of e-files to improve digital document management, observing data protection regulations

• Contribution to the further development of digital processes and administrative support in daily HR business (e.g., maintenance of employee data, creation of certificates and HR correspondence)

**This is how you convince us:**

• You are enrolled in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a similar field of study

• You are interested in HR tech topics, automation, and AI and want to contribute to process optimization

• Affinity for digital tools and technologies, especially in HR software (e.g., Workday, eAkte, SAP)

• You have an analytical mindset and are interested in improving and automating routine processes

• You have strong communication and teamwork skills and work in a structured and independent manner

• You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

• Initial experience in HR administration or process optimization is an advantage, but not mandatory
