Student Worker, IT Data Analyst

As an IT Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of supporting critical data-related tasks within our organization, particularly within the IT department. Working closely with your team members, you'll actively contribute to our organization's data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging insights gleaned from the data you manage.

Your primary focus will revolve around handling IT-related data, including costs associated with software, hardware, and other IT resources. Your role is pivotal in ensuring transparency and accuracy in this crucial area. You'll have the opportunity to expand your skill set and knowledge base on the job, with ample room for growth and development.  

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and Updating Reports:

• Assist in creating new reports to address specific needs, guided by stakeholders' requirements.
• Collaborate closely with team members to gather and organize data, and contribute to report development through data loading, transformation, and visualization techniques. 
• Support the updating of existing reports as needs evolve, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Maintaining Data Integrity:

• Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. 
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot errors and communicate resolutions effectively to team members.

Supporting Other Tools and Platforms:

• Provide assistance in creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as needed.

Your Profile
You are currently studying a related field within IT, Data Science, Data Analytics or studying business with a flair for data analytics and insights. Furthermore, we hope you see yourself in most of below:

• Comfortable using Power BI for data visualization and reporting. 
• Familiarity with DAX, the coding language of Power BI, or exposure to SQL basics. 
• Ability to recognize and perform common data preprocessing tasks, such as data cleaning and transformations. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, vital for collaborating with stakeholders across teams. 
• Able to create intuitive and user-friendly reports to convey insights effectively. 
• Capable of conducting thorough investigations into the root causes of errors or anomalies. 
• High level of English skills, both verbal and written

Please note that the position is on-site at our headquarters in Brøndby, Denmark, and requires that you have a valid Danish work visa.
