ComeOn Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swedish-speaking Telesales Agent to join their team in Malta, operating in a hybrid work environment. As a Telesales Agent, you will focus on reactivating existing customers, exceeding daily targets of 100 calls, becoming an expert in resolving problems efficiently, and collaborating with team members to optimize sales strategies. This role reports to the Telesales Team leader.
Must have:
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Proven experience in telesales or similar sales role (a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/MS Office)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus)

Location: Malta + Hybrid set-up environment

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Swedish-speaking Telesales Agent to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for reactivating our existing customers. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Tele communication to players on standard structure (reactivation, retention, B2B)
  • Meet or exceed daily targets of 100 calls per day
  • Become an expert in resolving problems efficiently, utilising CX and other departments
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies

About you:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated
  • Basic computer skills Excel / MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
