Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms, screening applications, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and negotiating and sharing offer letters. You will also be responsible for conducting employee engagement activities to ensure high levels of motivation, commitment and satisfaction. Major Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment - sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, documentation, offer and onboarding.
Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms.
Screen applications as per the requirement and shortlist profiles.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
Sharing and coordination of assignments and aptitude test rounds.
Documentation and conducting reference checks.
Negotiating and sharing offer letters.
Ensure a smooth onboarding of employees.
Ensure that the candidate's hiring experience is positive.
Conducting employee engagement activities to ensure high levels of motivation, commitment and satisfaction.
