Your mission

We are a worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 8+ countries and our headquarter is in Berlin, Germany. 

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team and help us expand our team of JustPlayers. As an ideal candidate, you excel at crafting compelling job ads that resonate with top talent. You will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand our hiring needs and identify, and attract exceptional candidates across a variety of roles, including business, product, and technical positions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for various roles, including technical and business positions, from sourcing candidates on LinkedIn to extending job offers

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to provide expert recruitment advice and support

  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

  • Develop and refine recruitment strategies to improve hiring effectiveness

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team and the branding team to strengthen employer branding initiatives

  • Support HR projects, such as onboarding new employees and assisting employee engagement programs

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing detailed and insightful reports that help us understand our recruitment performance and drive future recruitment strategies 

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition, preferably in a startup environment

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in Personio being a plus

  • Strong experience in direct sourcing, job ad creation, and employer branding

  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A strong focus on delivering a positive candidate experience, with a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
