Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for various roles, including technical and business positions, from sourcing candidates on LinkedIn to extending job offers

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to provide expert recruitment advice and support

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Develop and refine recruitment strategies to improve hiring effectiveness

Collaborate with the People & Culture team and the branding team to strengthen employer branding initiatives

Support HR projects, such as onboarding new employees and assisting employee engagement programs

Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing detailed and insightful reports that help us understand our recruitment performance and drive future recruitment strategies 

At least 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition, preferably in a startup environment

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in Personio being a plus

Strong experience in direct sourcing, job ad creation, and employer branding

Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

A strong focus on delivering a positive candidate experience, with a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
