Job Description

As a Team-lead Game Designer, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of game designers. Your responsibilities include planning and setting priorities for the team, controlling and improving the gaming process, mechanics, economy, and monetization. You will also be responsible for maintaining the project documentation, participating in forming the project's development strategy, and forming technical specifications for the developers and the art team. Strong leadership qualities, experience with F2P mobile games, and a deep understanding of the FTP mechanics trend are essential for this role.

Must have:

Experience managing a team of 5+ people
Deep understanding of game design principles
Experience with F2P mobile games
Clear understanding of FTP mechanics trends
Experience with mid-core projects
Strong leadership qualities
Vast gaming experience
Deep knowledge of the market

Good to have:

Experience with Unity
