Job Description

As a Technical Ops Team Lead at SuperPlay, you'll manage a QA Operations team focusing on in-game monetization events. Responsibilities include managing the team, collaborating with other leads to improve live ops performance, working with multiple teams to ensure live operations strategy alignment, implementing and testing events and campaigns, and conducting post-production testing and monitoring. You'll also create and utilize test case documentation (STD, STP) and proactively work to improve team performance. Collaboration with various business areas, including Product, Design, Development, CRM, Art, and Analytics teams, is crucial.

Must have:

1+ years QA Team Lead experience in gaming
2+ years hands-on QA Engineer experience in gaming
Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects & strong organizational skills

Good to have:

Basic SQL familiarity
Automation experience
Mobile gaming experience

What will you do in SuperPlay?

As a QA Operations Team Leader, you will manage a team of QA Operations of in-game monetization events on production.

Manage a team of QA Operations.
Collaborate with the operations team lead and work closely to push and improve the live ops performance.
Work with multiple teams to ensure their live operations strategy to achieve all targets.
Manage the implementation of events and campaigns, from configuration and testing to production.
Be responsible for post-production testing and monitoring of live events and promotions.
Writing and working with test case documentation (STD, STP)
Proactively push to improve and refine the performance of your team
Collaborate with all business areas, including the Product, Design, Developers, CRM, Art, and Analytics teams.

Who are you?

Must-Have:

1+ years of experience as QA Team Lead in the gaming industry- Must
2+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer in the gaming industry
Analytical thinking, ability to think beyond the numbers and understand the full impact of different decisions on the game
Strong communication skills to work with different stakeholders
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
Process-oriented and organization skills
Ability to shine under pressure
